Hyperactivity Guidelines Update
Dear Traders,
In our ongoing commitment to deliver reliable infrastructure and services, we are updating our hyperactivity measures to help reduce server load and maintain platform stability.
According to MetaQuotes guidelines, an account is considered hyperactive when it generates between 3,000 and 5,000 server messages per day. At MH Markets, we apply higher internal thresholds to balance trading flexibility with system performance.
A warning will be issued if your account exceeds 20,000 server messages per week. If the activity reaches 40,000 server messages per week, the account will be automatically disabled to prevent excessive server load and ensure fair usage across the platform.(The activity counters will be reset to 0 automatically after 24 hours of no trading activity.)
Furthermore, please be advised that the use of Expert Advisors (EAs) designed to trade micro lots with excessively high order frequency is strongly discouraged, as this behavior places unnecessary strain on server resources.
Server Coverage: The Hyperactivity Guidelines apply to all MH Markets trading servers.
